Azure is an excellent spot for relaxed dining experience.
Right off the bat, you’re welcomed with amazing attention and hospitality. The team takes time to check on you and make sure you’re enjoying the experience.
The menu is well-crafted and balanced. I got to try the peach burrata starter and the two way aubergine, they were both so different and delicious. Set me right up for the mains.
We tried the sea food linguine. And I’m a massive seafood fan. The seafood was generous and the plate was balanced with the right acidity and creaminess, the seafood was smokey and cooked to perfection ( some places overcook it that it turns out rubbery- not the case here). We had a go at the chicken schnitzel, and the duck.
I cannot recommend it enough, the flavour palate is exciting, and the textures keep you coming back for more. Last but not least, the desert.. the Sticky Toffee pudding was “a party in my mouth”. Not exaggerating, I got goosebumps, the syrup and the Salted ice-cream was a divine combination.
I’m happy to see such establishments in Cork to join the foodie favourites, but even happier it’s right in my backyard in Cobh.
Coming back for the summer menu as exciting things are going to happen!

PS: my only regret is not taking pictures because of how excited I was to enjoy the food.. I’ll do better next time!
I swear I hear angels’ hymn when this truck appears.
The smell, the food. Everything is just amazing. If you’re lucky enough to be around when the truck is here, make sure to try everything, all at once or one at a time. Great staff, great food , great value.
